To confirm your appointment, a 25% booking deposit is required for all new clients when booking online.

We understand that plans can change — if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you can do so up to 24 hours in advance and your deposit will be refunded or transferred to your new appointment.

However, cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled time will result in the loss of your deposit and a new deposit will be required, as we’re unable to refill the space on such short notice.
